If you partner is on top and you miss the target during vigorous sex, you can potentially have a big problem.I asked my Urologist about the worst male injury he experienced during his career as a surgeon. He mentioned a situation where a man who was having sex with his partner on top and missed the target tearing the muscle. Very serious situation.The solution is to hold on to your partner.If you have ever missed the target, you will know exactly what I mean. It can be painful and potentially dangerous.

The penis is a muscle and not bone so I would say that it can not break however some incorrect positioning can be uncomfortable and sometimes even painful but any damage done is usually short lived.

What it means is that when you engage in a position not comfortable for your penis there's a danger of you damaging the tissues there.If it's that serious,yes you can damage the tissues and will possibly have to rely on surgery but before you can reach there,i'll have to say it can only happen if your partner is just aiming to make you lame otherwise in most(99%) sex positions you are far from damaging your penis even while doing cowgirl.And if it hurts you can always tell her to go easy on you,use your mouth.One piece of advise from someone who's also read tons of things about sex.It's VERY different from the actual.The more you do it the better you get but 1st find someone who can love you truly.This will make the learning more memorable.

 first of all, the chances of this happening are very small because unless your partner is very unthoughtful, she will go at the right pace for you and you will know the comfortable positions you are able to enjoy without any worries about it breaking. in the unlikely circumstance that it does snap, you would need to see your doctor, to examine the size of the break etc, but i wouldn't worry about it, when you have had sex, you will realise that it's not a common thing.
