 Your fine, and your still only 13 you have years left to grow all over your body. As for you size i think 6" is average for ALL men regardless of colour, but im not 100% sure.
As for going into sterotypes me myself being black we go through enough sterotypes in our life from ignorant people dont believe them just enjoy who and what you are. Your still very young

There is absolutley nothing wrong with you babes your a young strong growing lad with a lot more years to grow yet so don't allow this to spoil your teenage years enjoy them sweet because they go fast honest they do......

 I wanted to give an opinion on size, but then I think it's best to give you an opinion on the heart of the matter.
Just as we are all worried about height, until one day we discover we should care about more important matters, we are worried about penis size, until we understand that, whatever its size, that's what we've got, and, therefore, we should focus on making good use of it. So my advice is, don't worry about that.
Also, I beg you not to identify yourself with stereotypes. You are an unique individual and people should not judge who you are SUPPOSED to be on the basis of the color of your skin. You'll have to deal with stereotypes all of your life, and it's best if you fight this since this early in life.
