I hear that this can also be caused by a genetic disorder which can be treated by a surgical operation involving the severing of certain nerves.

I have googled information on this.

I hope your problem does not need such radical intervention.

Off you go to the Doctors to see if there is anything medically wrong. If not, get into the habit of washing them daily, applying foot deodorant and clean socks/tights. Try wearing open and leather shoes to let the feet breath naturally and walk around bare footed as much as possible. Finally never wear the same shoes all day, every day as this allows the shoes air out.

person12345 agony auntThe only reason to worry about it would be because shoes would get slippery and make dancing hard. Two suggestions. One of my friends wore a floor length A-line dress (the kind of classic prom dress) and since it touched the floor anyways, she just wore big comfy sneakers all night (with socks). Two, lots of people wind up taking off their shoes anyways cause dancing in heels starts to get uncomfortable. But really, if you're worried people will notice something, they won't. They couldn't possibly. Everyone's feet sweat.

Hello,

If there sweaty and stinky as well use a roll on deodorant, and top it off with baby powder.

Have fun at the prom! Also, don't worry your feet won't be noticed dear.

Good luck

It's ruining your life?

Go vegitarian or wash your feet, if you don't wash your feet then sweat just accumulates in your pores

Rry cutting out dairy products in your diet, particularly cheese. This might help. Otherwise, do go and see your GP or local pharmacist.

Honest Answer agony auntHonestly, knowone will even pay attention to your feet. Its kinda like having a zit. You become so self concious about it that if feels like the whole world notices it when in fact knowone but you actually does.

I remember prom, I was more worried about my own insecurities to find flaws in my date.

But if you insist, There is a product called stopsweat that works on feet. Try it out and share the results. Just google it.

Good Luck!

Jeff
