I admire you for having the courage to ask him out because a lot of people never take that chance.
Maybe he you get to know each other a bit better first then he might change his mind? If he doesn't then to be too upset about it because it will be his loss and there are plenty of other guys who will like you back.

Pls yukki,let him be.If he really wanted 2 be with u,he would have asked u out.He clearly doesnt.But if u re really in2 him,ignore him.Try out some new cute dresses n nice makeup n add on a little nerve.Talk 2 other guys in class(while ignoring dis particular guy)n show sincere interest in dem.Trust me-ur guy will come running 2 u n begging 2 serve at ur feet.But yukki-PLAY UR CARDS RIGHT!!!

Another thing you can do is just be honest with him and tell him that you like him and that you are shy and it is hard to say that and you want him to give you a chance.
