 Well if you think it's directed at you then the answer is yes - there may be a "special meaning." If he's your guy and the lyrics have noting to do with you and your relationship then that's an all together different issue. Is it possible to ask him about the postings? That in and of itself may give you the answer you are looking for. Let me know.

 It can mean many things, it could just be because he likes the song, or it could be that he wants a certain person to know that they are aimed iat them or that is the way that he is feeling. =]
