Women often have a sex boom 39-40 (biological: want kids before it's impossible) and in their 40s (this one I don't know why)

I think early 40's when you are at ease with your body and your children don't take up so much time so you are not so tired.

For me personally i think after i had finished having children (early 30s) i could relax more i think a lot of women will relate to that.
It makes for more relaxed moments that are more pleasurable than before.

When a woman finally becomes comfortable with herself, her body, and her sexual wants, she becomes more likely to enjoy and want sex.
Sometimes that doesn't happen for years, sometimes a woman can be very open sexually at a very young age. So in all reality, this can happen at ANY AGE.
Most women don't become comfortable with sex until they get a a little older, and that's why there's a common myth that women reach a 'sexual peak' in their thirties.
Hormonally and fertility-wise, both sexes are at their peaks in their teens and early twenties. As both genders age, their hormones and fertility decreases.

I've always been told that women reach their sexual peak in their early thirties because they become more focused on their own pleasure and less on the other person and emotion. Also their bodies are fully matured.

With my last partner it was fantastic, whereas with the ones before him I didn't get a lot out of sex. And I don't think your enjoyment is based on love, because I loved the guy before the last.
