reader, anonymous, writes (6 June 2006): Although it is normal for some semen to come out, here are a couple of suggestions I thought up:
If your boyfriend is strong enough, you could have him hang you up by the legs for a few minutes after sex?
Or if you are a little adventurous you could do a hand stand (where you are standing on your hands) with your feet against the wall, then your boyfriend can penetrate you that way. Once he's come you just have to stay in that position for a few minutes, and as well as producing a baby, you'll also get stronger arm muscles.

hi sweetie well yeah i agree with dr psych some of it will always run out but try having sex with a pillow just under the arch of your back, this will higher your pelvis slightly inhanse the intercourse and should help your problem of it running out, also follow the advise of dr psych and you shouldn't have anymore problems...

 Some of it will run out, but if you are trying to conceive then you should lie down on your back for 20 to 30 minutes after sex as this is supposed to improve your chances of conception. Good luck!
