Is my subconscious trying to tell me that I am not happy in my relationship?

Hi!

I've been in a very happy and loving relationship for almost two years with the most wonderful guy in the world.

For a long time, I have pictured myself falling asleep in his arms in order to fall asleep (just because it's a very comfortable feeling).

In the past few weeks, this has gone awry - as I fall asleep, in my mind's eye, I'm lying next to my ex!

My ex is and was very important in my life. He is my best friend and was my first love.

Is my subconscious trying to send me a message?

(I am not unhappy in my current relationship.)
