 Yes, it's pretty normal. Just so you know, a woman's period does't become regular until 3-4 years after she gets it.
Your body is still adjusting to it, so it really sometimes doesn't know what to do. I know it's a drag, but you have to give it time.
I got my period about almost 4 years ago (I was a late bloomer, I got it at 15 1/2) and it just recently that it started getting adjusted. It's a bit less heavy and doesn't last as long. But it took this long. So don't worry if it hasn't adjusted just yet.

Ya youre perfectly normal honey, I had friends who used to wear a little panty liner all the time to prevent accidents, cuz they were so irregular, and Im 20 and I still wear a liner for a few days around the time I start my period just to be on the safe side!
