 Masturbation is safe and will not affect your ability to have children in the future.
There is generally a wide variation in the color and texture of semen so you don't have to be 'white like milk' to be normal. If it's just a dull whitish color that sounds ok but if it's noticable yellow and has been for a while, it may not be normal unless you're on antibiotics.

 I'm not a male, but I can tell you what I know. I think it is ok to masterbate as much as you want, your sperm will always increase. Now about your sperm being yellowish, I don't think that is normal. Maybe you should get that checked out just to be sure.
P.S- Male stars in porno films rarely use condoms making it a higher risk of them catching an STD/STI..
