I would suggest to you that at your age, it's the wrong move to make. If it was reversed, there would be real questions. And if you were bother over age, it wouldn't matter. As it is, you could be treading a dangerous path. You don't want to end up making a mistake and getting into serious trouble.

Why would a 16 year old girl want to date a 13 year old boy - if it were reversed - there would be questions. If you were 21 and he 18 - that's different as there is so many more years of maturity between you both. I wouldn't persue this and find somebody more around you own age.
