 I presume it is two weeks AFTER an abortion as two weeks OF an abortion would be h*ll and only your doctor could say for sure. The type of vaginal cream and the symptoms you wish the cream to addess are also important to the answer.
It's possible that your "need" to apply a cream MAY (I am not a doctor) be a symptom of a problem related to the abortion.
