Unless you use the same water for bathing or she joins you just after you musturbate.If you are using the shower chances of sperms remaining are slim but clean afterwards to make sure.In da shower,chances are slimmer but in a buth tub chances are higher.

 yes. The hot steam, hot water and basic air will the sperm thats left behind. Its safe for the man. But before someone else uses the shower you shouldgive it a quick clean just to be fair
