Some people have a fetish for this kind of thing. My ex-wife used to like to lick me, particularly on the face. I always thought it was a sign of ownership, like back in one's school days. Bully's would threaten to steal your food until you licked it, then they didn't want it anymore. I'll bet this is what drives behavior like this, even if it is only on a subconscious level.
