Basically, I'm asking if it's normal to feel ill after sex?

I am asking this because yesterday my boyfriend and I were left alone for well...a good long time. We had sex twice, and just messed around in general like... a lot. We used a condom, both times we had sex. We're both clean and STD free. Now, I've been feeling ill, hot flashy, and kind of nauseated. It's not overwhelming, but it's just a little uncomfortable.

After the first time we had intercourse, I ended up giving him oral, and swallowed. I was immediately sick feeling thereafter, but I figured it was just from the taste and semi-frequent gagging.

The best way I can relate this feeling is saying it kind of feels like motion sickness? I'm not really sure if that's exactly on pat, but I think it's pretty close. Also, I'm almost positive I'm not allergic to the latex in the condoms, or the water based lubricant that was used on the condoms.

Now, the nausea feeling dissipated after a bit, and came back about half an hour after the second time we had intercourse. It kind of lingered with me for a while, but not as strongly as after I gave him oral. Now, day after, I'm kind of light headed, very tired, and still slightly nauseated.

It was the first time we'd had sex, so I definitely wasn't and am not pregnant. I've had sex using the same brand of condom before, so I'm sure it wasn't a reaction to that. It could have been a reaction to the semen, or just a bad taste, because that was the first time I'd swallowed or given oral sex to a guy. Since then I haven't had a problem. It was probably just nerves! Thank you!

cnith agony auntcondoms arent 100 percent reliable... how long was it from the first time? Could it be you're pregnant?

Also, how do you know you don't have allergies to the lube or the latex condom? have you used them before with other people and it's only this bf that's giving you problems?

It's possible you have a bad reaction to his semen. Sounds bad but it does happen. I've know a couple of girls who are allergic to semen but for them it was more serious, like it really burned and they were really sick afterwards.

Um wow I have no idea Ive never heard of anyone feeling sick after they swallow.. do you frequently swallow? The only thing I can think of is maybe you were sort of disgusted with swallowing just because you never really do it assuming you dont. I remember the first times Ive swallowed I felt a little like what you described and I was slightly weirded out just because I never did it. Idk girl thats the only think of I can think that might be happening...
