 According to numerous well documented studies over many years, all the way back to Masters & Johnson, this urge is quite normal, especially for young women (or any woman) who has never experienced orgasm.
As advised previously here, take care of urination beforehand and then worry not. This is a sensation without validation. Pending female orgasm is the cause, but peeing is not at all likely going to be the result. According to some personal experience related to me as a man, intense stimulation to the clitoris (especially orally) or G-spot often results in that false sensation. The truth is more likely that you are nearing orgasm, so relax and enjoy.

Some people do feel that they need to pee during sex. The urethra (urinary opening) gets stimulated by penetration and in some positions there is more pressure on the woman's bladder. Both can give you the sensation that you need to pee.
If you're worried that you are going to pee during sex, this could make you tense and prevent you from having an orgasm. (Can you have an orgasm through masturbation or other forms of stimulation?)
Try having a pee before you have sex so you know that your bladder is empty and the chances of you peeing during sex are low. Lots of women do leak a little urine at orgasm and it usually goes unnoticed.
If the problem causes you pain and you find yourself having to pee alot at other times too, you might have a urine infection so get any other symptoms checked by a doctor

reader, anonymous, writes (25 January 2010): this is normal. i often get this feeling. I think it's because the area the penis can rub off while in you.It wont hinder your chances of orgasm...just talk about whats good for you, and that'll hopefully help ur man get you to that spot :)
