I was wondering if kissing him in an obvious sexual way (meaning not like a mother would kiss a child, but more like lovers would kiss) is illegal. I know simply kissing someone underage isn't illegal because parents and grandparents and aunts and uncles kiss children all the time. But I was wondering if it was in a heated or passionate way, is it illegal? Thank you. :)

 No...i have heard no laws concerning underage kissing, but there are many states that prohibit underage sexual contact.
