If bacteria gets passed from anus to vagina it can cause horrendous problems with the ph level of the vagina, as with oral, very sore throat. It's a good practice for people who wants to be bacterial ridden and you will sharp know when the ph level changes, ya may feel liek never having sex again. My view? Stay away from dirty people.

You should not be doing something a boy wants you to do, you said you're ok with that, but it seems to me as if you go along because this boy likes his fetish. I bet you anything you probably spend more times satisfying that boy's needs then thinking of what you really want for yourself. Anal sex is just wrong full of lots and lots of bacteria, that is where crap comes out from, and you will be putting that in your mouth so use your common sense and learn to say no thanks.

If you really want to do it a suggestion is to do anal then shower together (it continues the mood and makes sure that he gets clean) then do oral in the shower (this ensures that you get clean afterward and the heat helps to kill any loose sperm). As for the readers question as to why you should use a condom heres why: 1) if you have a cut in your anus you can get an std, virus, and/or infection 2)it helps the penis slide in and out causing less friction and 3)if any sperm flow down to your vagina there is a possiblity that you can get pregnant

Because of the bacteria in your anus, rectum and intestines. You use a condom because it is safer and hygienic.
As everyone else stated.....do not have oral sex after anal sex unless your partner cleans himself first. You do not want to contract something like helicobacteur pylori!!!! If you do not know what that is, please google it!
