 The first person a girl falls in love with is her dad (depending on what sort of relationship they have). So if he is a nice guy you can't go wrong really.

reader, anonymous, writes (18 April 2006): people often say that girls marry there fathers, i think this saying comes about because growing up your father is looked up to and respected and is usually the one male influense in your life, this isnt always the case tho for some people. im now married and i can honestly look at my lovely husband sometimes and think that he has traits just like my dad.so dont worry about it your not him. enjoy your relationship. and the fact that you are like her father in some ways should help you get along with him. which is always a good thing.
