 Pregnancy symptoms in the first few weeks..
(1) Urge to pee. She would Pee thrice as much if she is Pregnant.
(2) Sore Breasts. Her breast would Pain if you squeeze them a little.
(3) Urge to Vomit. She'll feel like she needs to vomit.
(4) Fatigue. She'll wanna sleep all day
Periods can be delayed by Stress and many other factors.. HPT is 98% reliable if used correctly.. !! All the Pregnancy symptoms can be Symptoms of Stress.. So, the only way to know exactly is Blood Test or urine test..
You're from India so i understand why you havn't taken her for a test. What you can do is, ask her to give you some urine in a bottle and you take it for a test.. !!

 the test are 99% right if you use them right, wait a few more days and take another test to see what it comes out to be and if it is still neg. then go to the hospital and get a blood test done. the early symptoms would be sore breast, and mornning sickness, go to www.google.com early signs of pregnancy good luck
