His excuse is that he masterbates in the shower and didn't clean it properly. Once his excuse was he masterbated at work in the toilet.Is he cheating on me?

 I do not know if he is cheating but what i can say is dirty penis = disgusting, and not ok. Even if he is cheating or not, this is another problem, relationships need sex in my opinion TONS OF PEOPLE want sex, and you probably have desires that your boyfriend is not fulfilling, and when you get to the point of having sex his penis is dirty, not ok, maybe you should talk to him about it, or kick him out, theres always many fish in the sea, with clean penises.

 Is he cheating? I dont know - I do know one thing- Its in your mind therefore perhaps he is. Dirty penis hmmmmm alarm bells going off here. If he is masturbating in the shower surely his penis would be clean??? besides sexual intercourse and masturbating carry a different odour?

 I dont know if he is cheating on you, but it seems odd that masturbating in the shower leaves him dirtier than when he went in, but for me a dirty penis would be a deal breaker.
