 Well no, but as said, two years is not an age gap. Granted it is commonly assumed that the male is usually older (except you can find plenty of examples were this isn't the case, even famous couples) but 2 years is nothing.
BUT since it is partly a state of mind, what age is his mind? If you are an old 26 yr old and he is a teenage 24yr old, that might be an issue. Or not. You like to go out with him, so do so.
