it may be that you just have not started puberty yet. if you are that worried talk to an older male in your family,dad,brother,etc. then get them to take you to the doctor for advise if it is that worrying to you.
i think it is just a hormone thing and in a couple of years i think it will be a normal average size. As for the a-decent_1, ignore his stupid comment about it must be 4 inches! cause trust me, i've had guys who are bigger then that and they still can't satisfy me. it's how you use it as well. so even if you do grow bigger, but you end up being small it don't matter.
guys only say it does, because they like to think it does and without a huge dick they can't please a woman. it's aload of bull.

I'm afraid 1 inch penis is not good enough.. It MUST be 4 inches atleast.. You should see a doctor.. But you shouldn't be too worried.. One of my cousin was just 1 inch till the age of 15, but if grew out suddenly in the next 3 years to a good 6 inches.. Just see you doctor..
