reader, anonymous, writes (15 September 2012): Why isn't it? I would bring that up in the eventual discussions about sex while dating, plus OP I think you'll find most women are more than willing to hop on top and take the reigns.
In fact I don't consider that something you'd even need to find out, I've been with a lot of women and the vast majority of them wanted to take command every now and again, and even some wanted that all the time.
I personally wouldn't see it as an issue to even worry about OP, the whole joy of sex is being able to mix it up, do different things and like us, women want to please their partners and will do things like that to please you even if it's not necessarily their thing.
Don't worry about it, there are so many different ways you may not be sexually compatible with a woman but the fact you like her to be the boss in bed sometimes is not going to be one of them. Most of my girlfriends and partners have initiated, most of them taken the dominant role when the mood suits them.
It's actually just part of a normal sex life.
