 I am in the same position as you my friend, I too am in a long term committed relationship at the age of 19, and to be honest, I have never been happier.
Yes there are times when I think how fun it would be to play the field, but I then realize that if I did that, I wouldn't have my wonderful partner.
Don't focus on what you don't have or what might have been, focus on the lovely relationship you have now. If you still continue to feel this way then you might want to talk to have a serious think about what you want.
