Are you able to maintain an erection, and ejaculate when you are on your own? If you are then your problem is psychological. This means you need to address whatever it is that is stopping you from relaxing and enjoying being physical with your wife. If your problem is physical, then you will need medical help to solve the problem.
Often viagra will work for both psychological and physical erectile problems. You could try this first and see how it goes.

 Go get yourself treated by a doctor. Have plenty of sleep , exercise and eat well.
It could be due to stress or being over worked or you are too anxious about your performance.
