reader, anonymous, writes (1 February 2010): The only thing to do in this or any similar situation is to behave as if you know what she told you. The other option is to tell the friend that you are not comfortable knowing gory details of his sex life... if you are not. And if you are helping your friend so much... you could have told him not to have sex till he can pay for a child if it does happen!
