 It sounds like all you need is self esteem :) Firstly have you done any thing else? Kissing is a start oral etc. etc because sex is natural it comes naturally so experience is just a bonus. If you are fit healthy and active you should be able to go for longer- its like playing a sport once you start playing you forget how tired you are if you let yourself enjoy it :) Tell yourself you are sexy and you will be tell yourself you are good in bed and before you know it you'll be a sex god :D
