 He's going to do the same thing to you again that he did last time. Meaning he'll have sex with you (or 'do stuff' as you descriptively put it), and then be off chasing other girls the next day.
To not hook up with him would be the smart thing to do. It's called 'learning from experience'.
And, if he asks why you don't want to, just say "You're not good enough for me, you don't deserve me". He'll love that :) Good lucke

 Personally i think that you should steer clear of this guy, i think in the beginning he used you to get what he wants, then he did want to know you. Now he wants to hook up again, probably once again to get what he wants then act like you don't exsist. Save yourself the agro and ignor him, and find someone that respects you.
