No, other women do not have orgasms here there and everywhere. Ordinary women have orgasms probably fewer times than you, because most women don't even know how to bring themselves to one.
As for your sexual appetite.. what types of things have you tried to increase your desire? And how big is your boyfriends sex drive? Who initiates sex? If you are not interested in sex, why are you having it to the point of orgasms? It would be helpful if you explain more about how your sex life is. Not to be a perv, but I don't think I can help you unless you describe the case better.
