Get your older (almost raped by him) sister to talk to your younger sister about him. She should be able to enlighten her a little.

Call the police and get them to sort it out.

You don't have the power to interrogate your sister.

Your parents could threaten her with throwing her out and the police could threaten her with charging her as an accessory to rape, but all you can do it threaten to beat her up which is illegal and wrong.

Bring the wrath of your parents and the justice system down on her. She doesn't deserve your protection from them if she did what you are implying she did.

Good Luck!! xx

I wish I could tell you what to do, but you need to give us more information. Who is this guy? Does she call him her boyfriend or just a friend, because if is the first you need to talk to her about it right away. This could lead her down a very destructive path. If she isn't listening to you, you need to bring other people in to talk to her such as friends and family members to let her know that the situation is not okay. I hope I could be of some help.
