He texts me every single day, and if you read our conversations, sometimes you would think we're a little more than just friends. In the past, whenever he dates someone I get super jealous. And whenever I date someone, he gets super jealous. But we don't tell each other until a couple months after. He's the only person I can talk to forever, trust completely, and be myself around. So I'm in a situation, move on past him? Or tell him and either be in an amazing relationship or lose him as a best friend. What should I do?

 I think you should tell him. I doubt you'll lose him as a friend even if he rejects you. If you are thinking about this, chances are he is too. Take it to that next step!
