It is quite common that when you have a new job, the excitement and stress over it and working closely with someone can cause erotic feelings to develop, you are becoming fixated on this I think to possible avoid feelings of stress or anxiety brought on by the new responsibilities of your job.

It remains to be seen if these erotic feelings indicate a true possible romance, my guess is this will fade in time especially if you stop distracting yourself and dig a little deeper to deal with what ever it is you are avoiding in your life.

It is not wrong to fantasize and dream, everyone does that, it is actions that matter.
