What's wrong with me??

I'll admit, I'm not the best catch, im overweight (who isnt these days??) im average lookin not striking and at the mo im unemployed.

Throughout my life, ive obviously had crushes, fallen for even fallen in love with some girls, but they never seem to be interested in me.

Every girl i've told i like (which isnt that many due to my lack of self confdence and self worth) have laughed in my face, which in turn has made it worse for me to talk about my feelings.

When I go out, my mates all get some action and i end up alone, no 1 seems to even look twice at me and its got to the point now that it hurts because i feel like a failure. I'm 21 so its not too late i know but these days it seems that a 21 yr old without ever being in a relationship of any kind is rare and i might be stupid for thinking it but i feel like S**T and lonely.

The other night I was at a wedding party and the only girl that didn't know me who spoke to me was 14!!!! Yes I know what your thinking, and dont worry nothing happened and it never will with an underaged girl, it just seems nice to have had 1 girl in 21 years take an interest even tho she was only 14. But it eats me up inside that no 1 EVER has have any sort of feelings for me.

harshbutfair agony auntRather than beating yourself up over this, make a list of 10 positive things you can do to meet a girl and then stop moping. Look, I'll even help.

1. lose weight and get healthy (joing a gym, ride a bike, go for a walk, do some pressups, eat healthy - the fact that everyone else is fat is no excuse it is still a disgusting habit)

2. get a new haircut

3. join a new social club (climbing? walking?)

4. work on your confidence (join a dram society)

5. read a book to inspire you (Magic of Thinking Big)

6. get a new qualification

7. work for free somewhere to gain experience

8. do charity work

9. go on a backpacking holiday (cheap!)

10. spend less time on the internet

You're welcome.

tux agony auntHang in there. It's good to hear you resisted the temptation that fell in front of you. The problem with life and people is that you can never really know what another is really thinking unless they actually have told you what they are feeling.. It's hard to believe that every girl has told you what they thought about you. The easiest way to get a girl to like you is to be confident. The hardest way to that easiness is that if you're single and are having bad luck you tend to be not confident about it creating a long cycle of bad luck with women. The easiest tip for you I can give you is.. Hang in there, Be yourself, and don't fret too much about girls liking you, and it will come to you soon enough. or of course there's the real easy way.. become rich. but well i'd rather have someone love me for me and not my cash.
