writes:there's a boy who always talks to me through msn and in class and i do sometimes catch him looking at me. he sits next to me in class and sometimes he talks to me properly and sometimes he's uncomfortable with me. he pretends to look around but then looks at me and when i catch him looking at me and say 'yeah' he's like'nothing' and carries on. now he's started to talk to my friend more and always asks me to tell her that he wants to talk to her. i'm so confused because i like him but i'm not sure if he likes me. can someone please help ASAP.

This is confussing, It seems like he likes you then he got chatting to your mate so he didnt find it difficult to talk to her but now he asks you if you can get her to talk to him...Id be confuddled to love..Find out from your mate just what they talk about, This may shed a little light on the subject...Usually when a guy is interested they may get shy and he may be going through your mate to get to you, But I cant say that for sure.  hmmm hard 1, being a lad i can associate with his behaviour.
i think he does like u, he seems a bit shy and nervous cuz he doesnt no if u will reject him or not,
as for tlkin to ur friend, he cud be tlkin to her about u, askin ur mate wot chances she thinks he has with u, or he is tryin to find out if u like him cuz thats friends tell each other (who they are liking at the min)
the best thing to do is prob txt him with general conversation, get on to hu he likes, and take it from there
