writes:I'm 17 years old, and as long as I have lived I have never seen a good marriage. My parents divorced when I was 4, and all of my aunts and uncles have been married more than once. Seeing this has made me terrified. I don't understand how love could be so beautifully portrayed on film, but seen nowhere in my life.I've seen marriage after marriage disintegrate and it has really scarred me. I have no faith in love and have problems trusting guys. I have been told that I am young, and it's okay to not get serious with guys, but I know these issues are going to affect me at a later point in life.I have this fear that my future husband will cheat on me or just stop loving and caring. It hurts so much because I know that I could NEVER do that to a person. I don't want to live a life without love, but I'm terrified that that love doesn't last forever and that everything must come to an end.I have serious issues.I don't know what I expect anyone to say. I just wanted to share my feelings.

I feel like no man would ever love me but of course I wouldn't cheat or anything. I guess we need to let go of this irrational fear...
