 It's your first time; this is almost certainly the problem. I hate to say it, but chances are the first time is going to hurt you some no matter what you do. Make sure your boyfriend gives you enough foreplay (kissing, touching, etc) to make you wet down there and use lubricant as well if in doubt. This will make things easier for both of you. Ask him to go slowly and to respect your wishes if there's a point where you need him to stop. Try and keep your mind on the fact that you are sharing something intensely special with someone you love, and who loves you, and focus on that instead of the discomfort. Good luck!!

 You really need to make sure that your relaxed and comfortable with it before it starts. a good idea is engage in foreplay first, just passionate kissing and caressing can do the trick. this can allow your vagina to make its own lubricant although using some is advised for first time sex. it's probably not his penis size that is effecting your first time, it;s just the fact that first time sex for a girl is bloody painful and uncomfortable, even if the guy has a small penis it hurts as much. you just need to relax and maybe ask him not to go all the way into you. get some extra lube if it will help.
