I think maybe he has a right to thump you but court is too far.

 In most states the age to consent is 16, some are 17 and a few are 18. If you're in a state where the age is 16 or 17 he can't do anything legal against you. If the age is 18, that's definitely not pedophilia, it's statutory rape. I don't think many courts will charge a 19 year old for having sex with a 17 year old because 17 is so close to 18 and you're not much older. That was really stupid to do though, not because of the age, but having sex with twins in their parents house? Not smart.

I totally agree with Jmtmj, I dont believe your a paedo either, but i would have fed your balls to the dog if i'd caught you in my living room with my daughter.
I hope this all works out ok for you, I think the daughters must be a promiscuous pair, and its obvious you never took their innocence, hopefully a good lawyer will be able to clear your name.

I can't help but feel for the parents though and I think I'd react the same way, if not worse, if I found some dude plowing my two daughters in my house.
You're not a paedophile, but they want your blood dude. Hopefully the judge will see that.
