 You have nothing to loose if you are never going to see him again so kiss him! You don't want to look back and ask yourself what if or what ever.

 Ok so you are never going to see him again, so take the bull by horns and kiss him. They say your school days are some of the best years of your life, so give yourself a good memory to look back and and kiss this guy, you will look back on it in years to come and be glad you did.

 Okay, so you like this guy. Maybe try taking him aside and explain to him what you have been feeling and then take it from there, because if you kiss him yeah and he pulls away how would you feel? By all means if you feel that he would respond well then of course suprise him.I hope it works out really well for you!!
