If I wait to see if he gets over his ex, I might miss a chance for love with someone else, but I think he's my soulmate!

Hello

About ten years ago I was in love with a classmate and I'm sure he was too, but before we had a chance to mention it we lost contact with each other. We didn't meet until last month, when we met accidentally over the net and had a meeting. I really likeed him again. I would say he's my real soulmate,

The problem is that he just broke up with his fiancee (she dumped him) and he's not ready to have a new relationship.

My question is, is that normally how long it takes to get over a break up? Because we're living in different countries and our chances to meet in future is not that much and also I really need to have a relationship now.

I'm afraid if I wait for him I lose my chances with others and maybe after forgetting his ex he might not fall in love with me. So please help me. I'm so confused.

thank you all.

Tinkz agony auntYou right, don't dwell on the past.

People change and i'm sure after 10 years you both have changed a lot. He may not be the man you once loved.

There are so many men out there which are willing to give you their hearts and if you keep dwelling on the one that got away, you may not see what may be right in front of you.

The past you cannot change and the future you cannot see, but today is a gift thats why it's called the present.
