To me, they have nothing to compare it to, so in my eyes one cant possibily know what love is until they experience how much hurt love can bring upon a person..am I just being stupid/naive about it?  of course dear they know what love is.. everyone knows it but sometimes in a small way of love even though they are not yet experiencing being heart broken they can be love too. love first then got to hurt then that's the time to fix the problem of they love again better than the first :]. no your not stupid :] you're being confused about it. chill ^^

 nope I completely agree. The guy i'm with now has never loved a girl before me and that makes me extremely nervous. He keeps proposing to me and I keep turning him down because of the fact i'm his first love. You know how the whole first love thing is, it's fine for a while but it fades. Anyways, No i don't think your stupid/naive.

You will know true love, this will make your life change from black and white to colour. I think the 1964 song by the 4 pennies "Someone" sums it up very well.Like the words of the lyrics says: "when someone really loves you, thats when your life begins !"When you meet that special person, life for that second stands still,everyone around you seem to stop, like a freeze frame picture. The person has an appearance of being as a shining image and other people around are somewhat blurred. It is although they are lit from behind and you only have eyes for each other. Your heart skips a beat and you feel palpitulations. You feel energised and just like a new man. You may be in a crowded area but you are alone together, no one else matters or counts and it is as if you are both walking together on a golden pathway.The meeting is etched in your memory for ever with a date and time you would never forget, a picture of the exact place for ever remembered. Even the music played at the time will go down in your history. The meeting will seem as a dream last for what is a moment, even if the date is several hours, the time will fly but at the same time seemless. The whole date will be a heavenly experience and on it you won't want it to end and wish it could last forever.After the date you will be like a zombie in the best possible way, you will go through the motions of mondeing life, not remembering anything but your meeting, the time in between will drive you crazy, you count the minutes and seconds to the next meeting. You talk of nothing else but about the meeting, the name of your new found love will be etched on your lips, the name is magic, it is you most favourite name of all time, you will not have anything bad said about that name. The name will conjure up a beautifal picture of a hevenly being. That is the very first time you eyes met as that time and vision will remain with you for ever, regardless of any future meetings on anyone since.The time between as I said will drive you crazy, so much so that wherever you are in the world you will get the urgency to cancell what you are doing, as your mind is on nothing else but her, and nothing in this world matters any more but her. Regardless of cost or anything else you have got to be with her, you text her, call her every 5 minutes, and when you have no alternative you go straight to her side. You never want to ever be apart. If at a later time you are separated by work or life circumstanses then you will be thinking of her every second, phoning her and texting her constantly, and buying her presents. The chemistry is so strong that sex is no longer sex but full and satisfying pure love. The lovemaking will go on for hours tirelessly and heavenly. There is no other, none better, and the ultimate in love.When you are together in public, you may act like a couple of kids, you will not care, you may get told off for being loud and kissing in public, but you will not be able to help it, and further more you wouldn't care less if the whole world fell apart arond your ears.
