 Yes, to fancy a guy is to find him sexy, to enjoy his company and to think about him all the time.
If he has a nice personality, the girl will fancy him even more.
When a girl is sexually attracted to you or fancies you, there will be a lot of eye contact and she might even try to get close to you whenever possible or touch you. She will smile at you a lot as well.

 I know people say its whats inside that counts, but i think the first initial attraction is looks, then personality comes later.
I would say that in answer to your question, yes if she fancies you she finds you handsome, but as CD says she could also be attracted to your personality as well.
