hey guys so i really need yalls help! so i love my boyfriend more than anything in the world.(first off let me say that i dont know how old it says i am on here since i havent been logging in for a long time but im 19 now and my bf is 20)so anyways i truly want to spend the rest of my life with him but his financial stability scares me alot. we share the same password for all of our stuff so i logged onto his college page to make sure he registered for his summer classes. it says he is not eligible for financial aid due to his bad grades and he owes alot of money from loans. it also says he is suspended from school until his gpa is back up (thats why hes taking summer classes) i am very concerned about this. I have a great gpa and am on top of my money situation. i saved up and prepared for college and am not in debt. my first worry is why he hasnt told me about this. second, i worry that i will be the one taking care of his money issues if i stay with him. i hate to put it this way but i cant end up with someone who is not financially stable. i have no idea what to do. i love him so much and i dont want it to end over something like this. any advice?

A female reader, anonymous, writes (21 June 2013):

Why does your boyfriend have such poor grades? To be denied financial aid and to be suspended from school must mean his GPA is below 3.0.

If that is the case, what is he doing? Does he work too much and that's why he can't keep up with his studies? Or is he being irresponsible and lazy?

There's still a lot of missing pieces to this.

Honestly, a 19 year old shouldn't have to take on someone else's financial burden (unless maybe their parents').
