Well, if you didn't want to you wouldn't do it every day! Think of it as training, when youre with a girl youll need to hold out 10 to 20 minutes, when you can do that it will be time to relax!

 everytime you feel the urge go outside for a walk. go to somewhere very public like town or a local park. that way you physically cant do it! if you cant get out of the house then take a cold shower and think of the most offputting thing you can think of! xx

At your age it is perfectly normal (but dont get caught - It could be very embarrasing) I am in my 30's and still do it daily- but then I am single and live alone so I can pretty much do it as often as I want, and I dont feel guilty in the slightest! :)
