writes:Hi im 16 years old and im pregant i've been pregnant before but i had an abortion..i want to keep my baby but im very scared of how my family will react im specailly scared of how my older brother will react because he has has always been "the man of the house"..my boyfriend is 4 years older then me and we have been together for 2 years already.my mom was always supportive of our relationship...she has also helped my boyfriend in my occasions and i feel that if i give my mom the news she will feel we have been ungrateful to her wich i think we have been..my boyfriend wants to keep the baby but im having my doubts on that because all these reasons can someone please help?

You are only sixteen i agree, and i can only give you my personal opinion ... you have fallen pregnant for a second time. You have the support of your boyfriend obviously...and do remember he has a say and it is also HIS child . Really nobody can answer this for you....
If you decide to keep your baby
Ask mum for support and your brother(uncle) and become responsible for the role you may be taking ... if you are going to be a mother you have not to fear what ANYONE thinks...you have a life growing inside you and you are responsible for it.
I believe the most special/important job in the world is been a good loving parent anything else comes second place to this responsibility.

reader, anonymous, writes (7 January 2011): Please please keep your baby! Face the fact you pregnant together with your boyfriend. Go and tell your Mother and ask for help and guidance.
I fell pregnant on purpose when I was 15 and it was tough but I have a 28 year old daughter who brings me incredible happiness to this day.
There is hope... :)
