 Most guys don't realy mind if you have sex with a girl to be honest. Well, some do, but most don't. The whole girl on girl action is a fantasy created by men to feel more manly, but most boys or men think this is something we are programed to like and therefore likes it ("because thats the way it is suposed to be, right?"). They might find it different afterwords, but not enough to stop dating you.
If this is a fantasy you should just mention to the guy you just started dating that you'r a little into girls to. After a while (don't need to be long) you can start to tell him about your fantasy and if he don't seem to mind you can just play it out.
My guess is that he will find it even more exciting then you.
My girlfriend is bisexual and I don't mind a bit. We even talk about witch girls she likes and not, and whom she rave about and what. It didn't change a thing when she told me in the start of our relationship.
