I buy her flowers every now and then so I can't get her that. My budget is very low so nothing expensive. Please help me and thanks in advance for the advice.

Get her something personal to her and that will mean something to her. Perhaps
- Tickets to a concert/show (you can get some really good last minute deals atm)
- Make her a cd of all her favourite songs or love songs
- Recreate your first date together
- Get a t-shirt made for her on the internet
- Make her a collage of pictures of the two of you
I hope these ideas help :-)

Get her something personal, something she's talked about that she likes. It doesn't have to be big like jewellery, something personal shoes you've been listening to her and care about who she is. Does she like a kind of food or band or hobby? Get her something to do with it. Get her a bag of her favourite candy. It's the little things that matter, not expensive flashy things that mean nothing.
Hope this helps
