A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hi, i'm 13 year odl boy, i like a girl the same age as me and i want to ask her how she feels but before i do i wnated to get an opinion of other people of what they think if she does or not, to cut a long story short the following things she does to make me feel she does like me:

1) She was with her mates and and they were talking but it was like all panacking mode of what to do and how etc... i was coming towards her and she was about to come to me but then stopped and said she is too shy and her mates all go AWWWW! at this point i was walking past her and i heard it all

2) The exactly the same thing happened again but this time she came up to me and said she wanted to tell me something and she looked like she had nerves racking, and she was tutturing alot and kept looking at her mates of what to say. But then said sorry forget it's nothing

3)The same thing happened again as above but instead she was too shy she said and her male friend said i will go and tell him he was walking up to me and she kept saying NO! NO! NO! NO! Please NO! and her male friend wouldn't listen and came up to me and before he even spoke She quickly came and slapped him on his head and smiled at me and said sorry!

4) she wa playing tag with one of her mates and she was walking/running backwards and kept turning around in circles and saying HAHAHAHAHA! you can catch me and then she was turning and she bumped into me and then she just stopped and smiled and said sorry lots of times and then walked of with her mate whispering and looked back and then carried on playing tag.

5)she always looks at me and smiles/ never in grumpy mood or anything

6)her male freind said she needs to tell me something, but when she i ready.

7) I keep getting notes in class from her mates or her.

8) On valentines day, people send chocolates etc at my school to each other, and i got a chocolate car, but it said anonoymous, but that day she kept giggling and looking at me and then talking to her mates and then when i got the chocolate car she kept looking at me and smiling and whispering to her mates and then one of her mates asked me who the chocolate car was from.

9)on my birthday i got something again saying anonoymous, but i recognised the wrting and it was the same as the valentine present i got, and i think she sent them presents to me because it looks like her writing.

Could you tell us if you think she like me or not? and any good way to impress her? eg what to give her on valentines day or for her birthday which is coming close.

Hey im a guy the same age. I know a lot of girls my age, i mean like 40 and the problem always comes up either between me and them or for my mates where someone fancies someone-but the other person doesn't fancy them back. So for you both to like eaach other is great. The wayy to impress her well it sems you've impressed her by not trying to so i would be yourself most importantly dont try to be someone you are not, and return the favours and more-buy her something nice for valentiness day and her birthday, send her a text or something on her birthday and finally-ask her out because you both like each other so theres no reason for you not to go out. Show her you like her. To ask her out just go to the cinema and walk her home or something it will be easy enough. Good Luck

I definately think that she likes you!! And i do think that you should ask her out.

It doesnt sound to me like you're a shy boy if you're looking for ways to impress her!! lol. I don't think that you should worry about ways to impress her as it seems you have done that already. However you should send her a card for her birthay. Its the small thoughtful gestures that mean the most. Or even a nice comment every now and then saying "you look really nice today"

You should ask her out..i think she may be showing you all the signs and is waiting for you to make the first move. Us girls do that sometimes! ha.
