 It depends how brave you are! You could just ask him out but some boys maybe a bit scared off by that. You could try to get to know him - like be friends to start with - as you may find you have little in common after all. You could try inviting him and his mates out with your mates and see how things develop from there...it is up to you really!

 Try saying, "Hello so-and-so, would you like to go the movies with me?" Call him up and just ask him. Remember to be just yourself. If he says yes--then great! If he says NO, then it's his loss, hun. :) Move on to the next one. Good luck and have fun!
