 In a way, this can be a nice problem to have, but at your age I think it is a bit unusual. As a man, the ultimate goal is to provide your woman at least one big orgasm (preferably more) before you get your jollies. I've long fulfilled that purpose by applying cunnilingus (oral stimulation) and other techniques which also get me going, but allows me to withhold ejaculation until after she has been thoroughly satisfied. Even better, it is often possible to time a simultaneous orgasm which may coincide with her third or fourth.
You are really too young to be very worried about this. I think that it is likely a transient situation.
